Saw a steezy italian dude in Harvard Square today. He was dressed in a navy unstructured sportcoat, a white cutaway, dark denim, and suede sneakers in this color. Strangely enough, yesterday I was thinking about how much I loved Samba’s when I was a youngin’ and were looking at these, a more grown up version in my opinion. His outfit was probably how I would wear them. However, His were spring courts, which I don’t like that much. I think they would also pair nicely with a pair of khaki chinos or even a khaki suit with a blue button down for a sort of high/low look. Nonetheless, think I’m going to pull the trigger on these and a new pair of nylites (as mine are beat to shit) for the summer.
Bodega x Mark McNairy New Amsterdam Woodland Camo Long Wing Brogue
I am surprised at myself for not knowing these existed until now.
On the other hand, I am mad that I know they exist at all. Just another pair of rad shoes that I will never own.
Nonetheless, if anyone feels like buying me the leopard print ones….

These are the most impratical shoes, and soooo expensive but trust me, if I had all the money in the world I would totally fuck with these.
New Double Monk Tie at the Knottery
File this under: I hope it doesn’t sell out before I get paid on Thursday
It’s on sale: Tretorn Nylite canvas sneakers — Only $27 plus free shipping at J.Crew with code LOVEIT.
I steadfastly refuse to wear sneakers, but I know that many other style bloggers love ‘em some Nylites. Pretty cheap deal and they seem to have a good amount of sizes left in stock.
Finally broke down and bought these. Not because the ~blogs told me to but mostly because my vans are destroyed and I couldn’t think of a better sneaker for this price.
